Project 21-4056G Project consists of replacing storm water infrastructure on Johannes Avenue and the installation of new stormwater infrastructure along First Street & Second Street as well as the regrading of the outfall ditch. Johannes Avenue will be reconstructed from Hwy 87 to Third Street with a valley gutter from Hwy 87 to Second Street. Each bid or proposal must include 2 copies and be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond payable to Town of Big Sandy in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful Bidder(s) shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful Bidder(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. Est.
