Project is located at City Park behind City Hall at 4580 S 2300 E in Holladay, UT. Works to be constructed include the following: 1. Construct new dual layered poured-in-place rubber surface Note: Existing wood fiber, subgrade shaping, and roadbase aggregate to be completed by others A bid bond or performance bond is not required. The successful contractor will be required to provide a 100% Performance and Payment bond. Bids shall be evaluated based on lowest bid amount. Optional work will be awarded based on available budget.
