Bidding is anticipated to take place in early 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference City of Holladay (the "City") is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified stormwater management consultants to complete construction drawings and bid documents for a storm drain in the Meadowmoor area. The selected "Consultant" shall complete the work described in the Scope of Work. Any inquiries are to be sent to Jared Bunch via email at jbunch@cityofholladay.com. Questions will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday August 4, 2022. An existing storm drain runs through backyards and side yards and cannot be properly maintained due to access constraints. The storm drain is compromised by root intrusion and sediment deposits. Surcharging of the existing storm drain has resulted in the flooding of several basements adjacent to the storm drain alignment. The purpose of the project is to construct a new storm drain within the paved roadway. The total length of the proposed alignment is approx. 3,250 ft. The existing storm drain pipe is 36" dia. concrete. It is anticipated the proposed pipe will be 36" or 48" dia. The project is to be divided into two phases The acceptance of any proposal made pursuant to this invitation shall not be binding until an agreement has been executed. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals or part thereof, to accept one or more items of a bid/proposal without obligation as to other items, and to waive any informalities or irregularities The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
