Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Notice is hereby given, Cumberland-Dauphin-Harrisburg Transit Authority (CDHTA) | Capital Area Transit located in Harrisburg, PA, is soliciting bids for the proposed Facility Floor Emergency Rehabilitation work located at Harrisburg, PA. Bid packages will be received for the following contracts: Contract CAT PA 2021-1.1 - Facility Floor Emergency Rehabilitation CAT encourages the use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) in all contracts. Any certified DBE'S proposed by the contractor must be fully utilized with adequate documentation provided by the selected contractor to satisfy PennDOT requirements. CAT's overall goal for DBE participation is 3.13%. A separate goal has not been established by CAT for this procurement. The Contractor, subrecipient, or subcontractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin or sex in the performance of this contract. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor Law Prevailing Wage Rates have been developed for this project and are included in the Project Manual. CAT reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
