Renovation of a power facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The City of Harrisburg is seeking construction services for full replacement of the roof located at the Police Substation address 313 South 15th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17104. Replace existing .060 EPDM rubber roof, (2) layers 2.5" ISO board with a new, comparable system. Also include a bid price for the following: 20 year or more manufacturer warranty 20 year or more workmanship warranty Questions Due Date: May 31st 2024, 4:00 PM EDT During performance of this Agreement and for a period of three (3) years after completing all Services and Additional Services hereunder or for goods and services provided, A 10% bid bond is required for this bid opportunity The successful proposer shall be required to furnish payment security in the form of a bond or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The successful proposer shall be required to furnish performance security in the form of a bond or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to waive irregularities. Contractor must make efforts to achieve the MBE goal of 15% & the WBE goal of 2%.
