Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Salem, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received electronically through the Web site indicated below for Obtaining Bidding Documents until the date and time indicated below, for furnishing materials, and labor and performing all work for construction of the Project indicated below. Award, if made, will be within thirty (30) days after the opening of Bids. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The Work consists of furnishing and installing approximately 12,193 feet of 60-inch steel pipeline with welded joints, mortar lining, tape and mortar coating, appurtenant structures, approximately 12,240 feet of 42-inch HDPE pipe and appurtenances, structures, utilities, roadway foundation and resurfacing improvements to Salem Canal Road, installation of storm drain pipe and curb and gutter, construction of approximately 12,000 feet of 10-foot-wide asphalt trail, grading, utility relocations, surface restoration, and other Work. SITE OF WORK: The Work is within Salem City in Utah County, mostly within Salem Canal Road and adjacent streets from Woodland Hills Drive to Elk Ridge Drive.
