NOTICE INVITING BIDS Salem City requests bids from experienced contractors to complete construction of new curb and gutter, a concrete ADA ramp and asphalt trail on the west side of Woodland Hills Drive from 340 North to 180 North known as SALEM CITY - 2 DRAGON TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS, 2023 . Construction work, in general, consists of providing materials and labor to install 1,000 linear feet of curb and gutter, 8,000 square feet of asphalt trail, 2,800 square feet of stamped concrete, upgrade of an existing storm drain junction box and a new storm drain inlet box from approximately 340 North to the northwest corner of the intersection of Woodland Hills Drive and 180 North Street including but not limited to the potholing and locating existing utilities, sawcutting and removal and proper disposal of existing asphalt, small section of exiting retaining wall and restoration of surfaces behind the improvements. The work must be completed by August 15, 2023 . Sealed bids will be received at the Salem City Offices, 30 West 100 South, Salem, Utah 84653 until 3:00 PM, Thursday, May 11, 2023 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
