Renovation of a municipal facility in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a three-room municipal facility.
This project consists of the fit-up of three rooms for the CBSA tenant in the Yarmouth Government of Canada Building. Basement Storage Room #2 Secure fit-up of downstairs storage including new metal door, secure cage within room, window bars, new sink, and new air exchange system. Second Floor Interview Room Secure fit up of second floor interview room including new furniture, electrical rough in for security system devices, new STC rated doors and wall partition upgrades. Second Floor Interview Room Secure fit up of second floor interview room including new STC rated doors, wall partition upgrades, and mechanical modification to meet STC rating requirements By submitting our response to this solicitation, we confirm that we have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this ITT, and we agree to provide, upon request, all documentation without modification as defined in this ITT. BGIS reserves the right to reject our submission should BGIS fails to receive the required documentation. Question Acceptance Deadline Thursday May 26th before 2:00 PM AST/ADT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit. Tender cancelled.
