Contractor shall furnish all the labor, supervision, equipment, materials and subcontractors necessary to clean out, inspect with camera-robot and repair as needed the 300 area sewer lines as listed in blue on the attached drawing S753653-SK-01. Perform all work as per this Statement of Work, General Requirements, sketches listed on Project, and other attached Contract Documents. This work evaluation must be completed off hours over a weekend. This will require accessing multiple manholes after flushing and pumping down. If damaged piping is found, Battelle will require a cost and plan to be approved prior to repairing. The contractor shall provide portlets and wash stations for 318, 350, RPL, and the 300 Area fire station for the duration of this work. Provide and service portable toilets & wash. Porta potties and wash stations shall be removed and replaced as needed. Utilize camera equipment to inspect piping blockade / damage. Clean the blockage. If damaged piping is found propose trenchless repair plan to PNNL for approval. Perform trenchless repair per approved plan. Re-inspect and verify integrity of repair.
