Ben Franklin Transit, (BFT) is a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to identify qualified Contractors to provide special inspection and material testing on-call services for BFT's construction projects.
