The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All questions and substitution requests must be submitted to the Architect's office no later than 5:00 PM on Wednesday, December 8th, 2021. CONTRACT DESCRIPTION A. Project will be constructed under a general construction contract. B. If the construction time exceeds the contracted time, the Architect has the right to charge the Owner for the additional time spent on the project, which may then be back charged to the Contractor.
