**As of February 22, 2022, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget.** Replacement Roof for Station 63 The City of Deltona reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals and to make the award to that Bidder/Respondent, who in the opinion of the City will be in the best interest of and/or the most advantageous to the City. The City of Deltona also reserves the right to reject the bid/proposal of any vendor who has previously failed in the proper performance of an award or to deliver on time contracts of a similar nature or who, in the City's opinion, is not in a position to perform properly under this award. The City of Deltona reserves the right to inspect all facilities of bidders/respondents in order to make a determination as to the foregoing. The City of Deltona reserves the right to waive any irregularities, informalities, and technicalities in offers received, and may, at its discretion, request a re-bid, or abandon the project/procurement in its entirety. This Invitation to Bid includes roof replacement and lightning protection of Station 63. The Contractor should verify the square footage of the building with a site visit and shall be given an opportunity to do so at the pre-bid meeting. All work shall be accomplished by skilled work persons familiar with and trained to do this type of work and they shall be further qualified to operate or use the equipment or rigging needed to accomplish this work. The Contractor shall assign only skilled and experienced craftsman to perform the work. This bid shall be awarded only to a responsible bidder, qualified to provide the work specified.
