2018 CIP Capital Improvement Project Transportation Building Contract 803 - Plumbing This is a prevailing wage rate job. 2018 CIP Capital Improvement Project Transportation Building Contract 803 - Plumbing This is a prevailing wage rate job. The Webster Central School District (WCSD) Transportation Center is located on Document Drive in Webster, NY. The project site is located east of Hard Road. The site is located in the Irondequoit Bay - Frontal Lake Ontario Watershed. WCSD plans to construct a +/-3,140 square foot addition onto their transportation center, increase their current parking lots, and construct a new fuel island. Runoff from the site development will be treated on site using bioretention areas, a water quality unit, and stormwater chambers, and therefore, no environmental impacts to the surrounding areas is anticipated. The project is not subject to the requirements of a regulated traditional land use control MS4 as the project falls under jurisdiction of the State Education Department. Refer to A-1 of Appendix A showing regulated MS4 areas on the NYSDEC's Stormwater Interactive Map. Site improvements which include a new fuel island, renovations to the transportation building including an addition for a new bay and bus wash system.
