Bids are solicited and a contract award will be made pursuant to the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.) Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifi cations or revisions, so as to reach the offi ce designated in this solicitation by the time specifi ed in the solicitation. Any proposal, modifi cation, or revision received at the offi ce designated in the solicitation after the exact time specifi ed for receipt of offers is "late" and will not be considered. The contractor must obtain plans and specifications from the office of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project.
