Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place the major work noted below in addition to other bid items identified in this contract. A. Installing approximately five thousand three hundred (+-5,300) square feet of tied concrete block mats (Flexamat or Approved Equal). B. Excavating and hauling off approximately sixteen thousand six hundred (+-16,600) cubic yards of material. C. Restoring ground cover by hydro-mulch seeding approximately thirty-two thousand (+-32,000) square yards. D. Removing approximately two thousand four hundred (+-2,400) square yards of concrete flatwork. The above listed work together with all associated appurtenances and other incidental items to complete this project will be completed at Wyche Park in the City of Irving. The Contractor is responsible for securing a legal and authorized disposal site for disposing material. The Contractor shall submit a haul route plan for review and approval by the Capital Improvement Program Department.
