Renovation of a fire / police facility in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,846-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Project involves replacement of lay-in ceiling tiles and painting of the interior (excluding equipment bay) walls and hard ceilings at fire stations given below. The areas to be tiled and painted will be defined at the pre-bid meeting. Approximate areas are given below, however, the bidders will be responsible for accurate measurements for price submission. Fire Stations 7 and 9 need to have the lay-in ceiling tiles replaced and the interior (excluding the equipment bay) walls and hard ceilings painted.
