Renovation of a fire / police facility in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 11,846-square-foot fire / police facility.
The Project involves replacement of lay-in ceiling tiles and painting of the interior (excluding equipment bay) walls and hard ceilings at fire stations given below. The areas to be tiled and painted will be defined at the pre-bid meeting. Approximate areas are given below, however, the bidders will be responsible for accurate measurements for price submission. Fire Stations 7 and 9 need to have the lay-in ceiling tiles replaced and the interior (excluding the equipment bay) walls and hard ceilings painted. Fire Station 2 needs to have the walls in the equipment bay painted. Fire Station No. 2 - 1306 N Story Road, Irving TX 75061 Fire Station No. 7 - 3303 W. Walnut Hill Lane, Irving TX 75038 (approximate area: 4,752 sqft) Fire Station No.9 - 8101 Jetstar Drive, Irving TX 75063 (approximate area: 7,094 sqft) Participation goals are as follows: Construction - 30%, Architectural & Engineering - 28%, Professional Services, 33%, Other Services - 20%, and Goods - 10%
