Renovation of a mixed-use development in Englewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and parking garage.
The City of Englewood Public Works Department is currently seeking proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") able to deliver the required design, materials and installation as described herein. The objective of this RFP is to remove and replace the existing luminaires, wiring, conduit and controls per the requirements specified in this RFP. This work will take place at the Englewood Parking Garage, located adjacent to the Englewood Civic Center at 1000 Englewood Parkway, Englewood, CO 80110. The goal of this proposal is for the successful qualified Contractor to demo the existing lighting in its entirety; and to furnish, install and provide all circuits, conduits, wire, luminaires and additional materials and equipment as needed for a complete and operational system and as specified.
