Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The Salem Housing Authority is seeking the services of a General Contractor in building construction. The work will involve remodel, demolition, upgrade, new construction, and rehabilitation of SHA owned properties. This will be a broad scope contract involving the supply of any needed trade, material, coordination, technical expertise, or other requested construction labor, materials, equipment or services. No Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for this project. The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to postpone the award of the contract for thirty (30) days.
