Site work for a civil project in South Pittsburg, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
As of 1/19/2022, no bids were received and this project is planned to go out for rebid at a later date. The scope of work shall consist of operations including but not limited to the following: furnishing all labor, materials, supervision, tools, equipment, and appliances for the removal of debris, rock, rubble, etc. currently blocking a portion of the ten foot by six-foot (10'x6') box culvert located within the 3rd Street right of way between Holly Avenue and Railroad Avenue, including but not limited to mobilization, parking sign placement, public notification, placement of traffic control devices per MUTCD, creating access points into the culvert, clearing of blockages, transport of removed material to designated location, and restoration of structures and other appurtenances within the right of way. All Requests for Information must be submitted no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, December 28th, 2021. All addenda will be issued no later than 4:00pm on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
