This project began construction about 2 months ago and is still in progress. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of South Pittsburg is seeking statements of qualifications from entities who are able to assist the city in the project development, grant writing, grant administration, and programmatic compliance duties related to the town's Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Water Resources-American Rescue Plan Collaborative Grants-State Water Infrastructure Grants Program. and Also, the City of South Pittsburg is seeking statements of qualifications from engineering firms for a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Division of Water Resources-American Rescue Plan Grants-State Water Infrastructure Grants Program project, specifically for the design and construction inspection of a Water and/ or Sewer System Improvements Project. Specifically, the selected engineering firm will perform design phase activities from Summer 2022 until Winter 2023 (allowing for approved extensions and necessary follow-up after said time period), Bid Phase Activities from Winter 2023 until Fall 2023 (allowing for approved extensions and necessary follow-up after said time period), and Construction Inspection activities from Fall 2023 until Fall 2025 or until the project is complete. The Statement of Qualifications should include the following: 1)Representative listing of recent projects and clients in subject field. 2)Listing of all funded projects including grants written and administered in the past five years with status noted. 3)Availability of staff to immediately begin project planning efforts. 4)Resumes of key personnel expected to be involved in the project.
