The Agency reserves the right to issue Addenda making changes or corrections to the Plans, Specifications or quantities. The Agency will provide Addenda only by publishing them on the website. No additional notification of addendum issuance will be provided. Submit bids to Jenifer Willer, AIC City Engineer as follows : Bids shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be required. Contingent or conditional bids will not be considered for acceptance. No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement by the bidder that provisions. This project is a public works improvement project, Bidders are required to submit a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS 279C.370, within two working hours of the bid closing date and time. No bid will be accepted by the City unless it contains a statement by the bidder as a part of the bid that the bidder in carrying out the contract will comply with all applicable laws.
