Renovation of a water / sewer project in Sturgis, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes the demolition and replacement of seven (7) existing Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), three (3) in the Control Building and four (4) in the Nitrification Tower/Sludge Transfer (NT/ST) Building, at the City of Sturgis Wastewater Treatment Facility. The existing VFDs will be replaced with Allen Bradley VFDs with a bid alternate of using ABB VFDs instead of Allen Bradley. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Sturgis reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Sturgis.
