Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Sturgis, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes the reconstruction of an existing 40,000 square-foot parking lot, aggregate base, subbase, asphalt and concrete pavement, storm sewer utilities, new site lighting, landscaping trees, and other site development improvements. A pre-bid conference will not be held. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Such Bid bond will be issued in the form included in the Bidding Documents. The City of Sturgis reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Sturgis.
