As of June 27, 2024 project was awarded to Swarthout Excavating, awarded amount is $689,142.85. The project includes the reconstruction and resurfacing of five existing parking lots. Work includes aggregate base, sand subbase, asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalk, drainage improvements, and other site development improvements. A pre-bid conference will not be held The City of Sturgis reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Sturgis. Question Deadline 05/06/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing, Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
