FOB - Statewide Supply Contract for furnishing to the Arkansas Department of Transportation Corrugated Pipe Culvert at pricing set forth on the attached Bid Form for the period beginning January 1, 2022 thru June 30, 2022. Bid Bond in the amount of $500.00 required of all bidders at the time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of this bid invitation. Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000 will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Performance Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to make truck load delivery within 10 days after notification by Arkansas Department of Transportation. It shall be understood that by submission of Bid, bidder agrees to the conditions as herein specified and, if Bid is accepted by the Department, shall consider this Bid a contract bound under these conditions.
