This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in McRae, Arkansas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Supply Contract for furnishing to the Arkansas Department of Transportation RAISED PAVEMENT MARKERS according to ARDOT Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Edition of 2014, Section 721.02, at pricing set forth on the attached sheet, for the period beginning January 1, 2022 thru December 31, 2022, with an option to renew as mutually agreed. ARDOT is not obligated to purchase any specific quantity or make purchases at any specific time during the contract period. It is estimated that approximately 250,000 Raised Pavement Markers will be purchased during the contract period. A typical order would be a minimum of 10,000 markers, with delivery to be made within 30 days. Tracts must be priced individually as listed on the Work List but bid will be awarded by the Lump Sum. Additional tracts and/or structures may be added to this contract from this job. Please Notate the Mailing and Delivery Locations Above to Ensure the Bid Arrives at the Correct Location and Prior to Time of Bid Opening. Bid price shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work as specified, and shall further include all licenses, fees, permits, royalties, and all taxes. Bid price shall represent full compensation for completion of the work. This provision supersedes Condition 5 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Payment will be made in accordance with Arkansas Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and Applicable Special Provisions. Bid Bond in the amount of $1000.00 required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Performance Bond only (no checks of any kind allowed) in the amount of 100% of total bid price will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. ARDOT reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept bids in whole or in part (unless otherwise indicated by bidder), to waive any informalities in bids received, to accept bids on materials or equipment with variations from specifications where efficiency of operation will not be impaired, and to award bids to best serve the interest of the State. Bids must be submitted on this form, with attachments when appropriate, or bids will be rejected. Late bids and unsigned bids will not be considered.
