Notice is hereby given that White County is now accepting sealed bids for a one and one-half inch asphalt hotmix overlay for resurfacing approximately eith miles of County Roads in White County, Arkansas. Work shall be twenty feet wide with gates at driveways run out at one to two feet. A tact coat must be applied before resurfacing. Successful bidder must use a 28,000 lb. vibrating roller or equivalent to ensure proper compaction. Price shall include mobilization and must be quoted in a per ton price, include an estimated amount of materials to be used and a total project cost. Bidder shall include all leveling costs for each section The following roads and distances shall be bid: 1. Shiloh Road - beginning at AR State Hwy. 267going northward for a distance of 6,270 feet (approximately 1.2 miles). 2. Sandy Ford Road - beginning at existing overlay going west approximately 8,090 feet (approximately 1.53 miles). 3. McEuen Road - beginning at intersection of Peanut Ridge Road going toward the intersection of Nicholson Road for approximately 11,820 feet (approximately 2.2 miles). 4. Graham Road - beginning at AR State Hwy 258 to the intersection of Providence Road for approximately 5,260 feet (approximately 1 mile). 5. Green Willow Road - beginning at intersection of South Booth Rd. going approximately 1,390 feet (approximately .26 miles). 6. Triple M Road - beginning at South Booth Road going the intersection of AR State Hwy 267 for approximately seven-tenths mile. 7. Richard Lauen Road - beginning at the intersection of Mt. Pisgah Road running to AR Hwy 310 for approximately 6,235 feet (approximately 1.2 miles). White County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the proposal which best meets the needs of White County.
