Renovation of an educational facility in Wimberley, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of December 20, 2021, the apparent low bidder is Extreme Texas Air, LLC with a bids amount of $ 72,351. No proposal will be considered which is not submitted on the attached Bid Document form signed by a proper official of the supplier and submitted in a sealed envelope. No emailed, telephone, or faxed proposals will be accepted. Wimberley ISD is looking to obtain proposals from vendors that can provide HVAC system replacements and upgrades at the High Schools Gold Hall. The scope will include seven systems. Unit specifications are listed under the Specified Equipment/Services section Page 8. However, specification may change depending on currently manufactured equipment. Proposer must be willing to accept a WISD purchase order. WISD reserves the right to purchase additional items as listed on this offer subject to the verification of the same or lower prices and conditions as RFP. WISD reserves the right to reject all or parts of the proposal, to waive all formalities, and to accept the proposal that best meets the needs of the district. NO Trade is available for Renovation Severity.
