Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.
The Jesuit Bend Levee Lift Project, PPG Project No. 15-11-24, consisting of a levee lift along approximately 8 miles of the existing levee, sheet pile installation, concrete slope paving at existing wall transitions, placement of temporary access routes including temporary bridges across the existing canal, and the installation of temporary erosion control features as indicated in the Contract Documents. The proposed Work consists of demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment placement, installation of steel sheet piling, access road maintenance, concrete slope paving, and seeding and mulching. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
