New construction of a civil project in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
As of February 25th, 2022, mobilization will begin in two weeks. Construction will likely begin in the first quarter of 2022. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of clearing, grubbing, excavation for new drainage canals, new culvert placements, new drainage structure placement, new T-walls, new levee ramp crossings embankment placement for levees, geotextile, turf establishment, surfacing and all other related incidental work. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $100,000,000.00 and $250,000,000.00. Plans and specification will be available on the Web Page at https://sam.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at https://sam.gov and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders are encouraged to check often for changes (AMENDMENTS) to posted solicitations. Issue date on or about: 26 AUGUST 2021; Bid Opening Date on or about: 28 SEPTEMBER 2021; 1400PM CST; This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
