Demolition, site work and renovation of an educational facility in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
This project will consist of the demolition of exterior walls, interior gypsum board, carpet, and ceiling tiles, with installation of new exterior brick walls and sheathing, interior gypsum board, carpet and ceiling tiles. The Contractor performing the work must be licensed with the State of Louisiana Licensing Board as a General Contractor. Bids received from Bidders without this license will be rejected. All work must be substantially complete by 180 days from the NTP All Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the Base Bid and all Alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or a Bid Bond Form written by a surety company licensed to do business in Louisiana, signed by the surety's agency or attorney-in-fact as per the project specifications.
