Renovation of a water / sewer project in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Dupont Tank Painting Project includes metal repairs to the Dupont Tank, installation of a tank mixer, and painting the exterior and interior metal surfaces of the tank. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City Utilities Engineering . No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performancebond each in the amount no less than 100% percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with trie Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
