Question deadline is January 7, 2022 to casey.wear@parks.ca.gov The contractor is to provide all the labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the roof at the Torrey Pines Guy Fleming Residence will be according to Exhibit D, Attachment I, SOW, SPECS, Plans and photos, hereby attached and located in the bid advertisement. Project Duration: One year from Notice to Proceed (NTP) Contract Performance Period: 14 Calendar Days from formal start work date. Required License: A, B and welding C-39 or any other eligible class deemed qualified by the State License Board Attendance of the prime contractor or a delegated permanent employee of the prime contractor is required. Failure to attend the pre-bid site visit will preclude eligibility to bid on this public project. Do not be late no contractors will be allowed after 10:35am NOTE: DVBE at 6% participation is not mandatory for Invitation for Bids (IFB) it has been waived, but the incentive still applies. SB Preference: State law allows certified small business (SB) and microbusiness (MB) firms to receive a 5% bidding preference on applicable state solicitations.
