to furnish and install, as requested, for a term of one (1) year, Geosynthetic Liner & Piping System, at Delaware County Solid Waste Authority, Rolling Hills Landfill, Earl Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. All questions must be submitted electronically Clarification Deadline 12/17/2021 4:00 Pm The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to Owner, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount Bid in the form of Official Bank Check, Cash, Certified Good Faith Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond issued by a Surety meeting the requirements of paragraph 4.1 of the Construction General Conditions. Failure to accompany the Bid with the above described Bid Security will automatically disqualify Bidder. The Delaware County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to insist upon or waive any technicalities required in the best interest of the Authority, and consider the competency and responsibility of the Bidder before the award of the Contract and award accordingly.
