Site work and paving for a road / highway in Media, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same. This project involves the re-surfacing of portions of the parking areas and access drives at the Fair Acres Facilities, 911 Center, George Hill Correctional Facility, Upland Park, and Rose Tree Park including selective road base repair and other appurtenant work. Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
