The Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District ("CFISD" and/or the "District") is soliciting proposals for the #22-07-7145R-RFP Wireless Access Points and Switches E-Rate, Request for Proposal as more fully set out in the Scope of Work and Specific Conditions and Specifications section of this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). Proposals must be uploaded to the CFISD Ionwave EBid System in accordance with the instructions provided within the RFP document document. The District 's current network infrastructure has standardized utilizing HPE Aruba equipment and requires a solution that is seamlessly compatible with the existing infrastructure. In accordance with the FCC's Queen of Peace Order, the District will fairly evaluate any solution that provides a technically and functionally equivalent solution from an alternate manufacturer. Vendors must provide documentation to demonstrate the equivalency of the proposed equipment. If the alternative solution requires additional components not enumerated in the scope of work, the vendor must include those items as well. Additionally, such solution must also include a minimum of three days of training for District staff. The District will be the final arbiter of the equivalency of the solution.
