Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This is a DB for Bldg 617 : The scope of this project is a complete gut and renovation of the historic unoccupied Building 617. Demolition shall include removal of the existing non-load bearing walls, ceiling grid, flooring, electrical service, lighting, power and electrical circuitry, telecom and data runs, plumbing, fire suppression system, and HVAC system. Renovation shall include build out to end-user floor plan (Appendix A), new electrical components, new panelboards, new circuitry, new lighting, new telecom and data runs, new ceiling grid, new flooring, new fire suppression system, new HVAC system, restrooms updated, as required. Exterior renovation shall include repair of windows, replacement of windows that cannot be repaired, roof replacement, and exterior painting. Contractor shall protect interior building from moisture damage during design and construction (Rain events etc.). *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
