Site work and paving for a road / highway in Madison, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of completing asphalt paving projects and related tasks at various locations throughout the City of Madison on an as-needed basis at the applicable contract unit prices for the respective items. Services shall be provided by Contractor pursuant to the terms set forth herein for a period of twelve (12) months from the effective date. City reserves the right to extend this Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, not to exceed a total of three (3) years operating under the terms set forth herein. No pre-qualification is required for this project. Only properly licensed general contractors per Alabama law may submit a bid. Bids must be submitted on the required forms provided by the City of Madison Legal Department and may not be faxed or e-mailed. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 12/9/2021 5:00 PM
