The bid will be awarded at the regular meeting of the Jones Township Board of Supervisors to be held Monday, January 3, 2022 at 7:00pm in the Wilcox Community Building, 320 Faries Street, Wilcox, PA. Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each bid. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract as awarded will be required as security for faithftil performance of the contract. The Owner reserves the right, as its interests may require, to reject any and all proposals or waive any formalities or technicalities.
