Renovation of a medical facility in Kinston, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract for the provision of the removal, disposal and replacement of roofing at House 101 Pecan Lane located on the Caswell Campus. Vendor is responsible for the measuring of the roofing project prior to bid being submitted for accuracy. Caswell Developmental Center, located in Kinston, NC, is the state operated developmental center for North Carolina's eastern region. Caswell provides services and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), complex behavioral challenges and or medical conditions whose clinical treatment needs exceed the level of care available in the community. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto.
