The City of Kinston is seeking CONSULTANT ENGINEERS to provide construction observation services for upcoming infrastructure projects in the City of Kinston. There is no expressed or implied obligation for the City of Kinston to reimburse responding CONSULTANTS for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the RESPONSE to this request. Any inquiries concerning the completion of the RESPONSE should be directed to Steve Miller, Assistant Public Services Director. All inquiries will be answered, noted and kept confidential unless the same inquiry is made by more than one CONSULTANT. The results of this RFQ shall be used for a period of three years. The City reserves the right to reject any or all RESPONSES submitted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
