Renovation of a municipal facility in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Superior desires to construct a Decorative Arch over the intersection of Tower Avenue and Broadway Street in Superior, Wisconsin. A conceptual drawing, general location and layout of the arch is shown in the rendering as attached to this RFP. All bids must be prepared on the form provided and submitted in accordance to the Instructions to Bidder. This Project is not subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. The work in the RFP consists of the design, detailed drawings, and shop drawings; along with the fabrication, delivery, and installation for a decorative Arch over Tower Avenue as approved by the City of Superior. The development of an Arch Concept plan is the responder's responsibility and is required to be submitted with the RFP response. Project to be completed by November 1, 2022. The contractor shall submit a list of its subcontractors as a part of its proposal, which list shall not be added to or altered without the written consent of the City of Superior, and as specified in 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes. The City of Superior encourages the participation of women and minority owned businesses. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests
