Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The CITY shall engage the services of at least 6 Contractors to serve as CONTRACTORS to provide demolition services on certain residential, multi-family, commercial and any other structures as designated by the City of Memphis Department of Code Enforcement. Said matters will be assigned to CONTRACTOR by notification from the Manager / Supervisor or his/her designee and accepted by CONTRACTOR. The City of Memphis Department of Code Enforcement shall be responsible for providing CONTRACTOR with information necessary to allow CONTRACTOR to complete the demolition of the property as assigned. Said information shall include at a minimum, the address, MLG&W demo disconnects, description of the property, and the work to be performed. The City will continue to provide Contractor with additional project assignments during the contract term subject to funding availability. Demolition Services for properties as designated by the Division of Public Works, Neighborhood Improvement, Code Enforcement Department. All locations shall be identified and assigned by the City of Memphis Code Enforcement Department.
