Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, appliances, services, and incidentals necessary for layout, installing, and performing Additions and Alterations at the Rondout Valley Central School District (RVCSD) Removal and disposal ofmiscellaneous equipment, including equipment not, shown ifimpacting work to be demolished. . Salvage, Storage and Protection of work as needed as shown or described within the documents . Removal ofmasonry walls, doors, and interior partitions as required for new work. General work contractor is responsible for shoring, demolition and protection of areas associated with new work. . Provide protection to all materials to remain intact. . Removal offinishes noted on plans including but not limited to flooring, ceilings, and mise, items attached to existing walls to be removed. Review and patch to match conditions. . Removal and disposal ofmiscellaneous equipment including all existing wall mounted specialty items and/or equipment not shown if impacting work to be demolished. Coordinate shutdown ofwater and I or electric with trades associated with the area of demolition. See demolition plans for additional demolition notes. . Removal and disposal of equipment and materials as indicated on the drawings. There will be no pre-bid walk through for this project. Complete digital sets of Bid Documents may be obtained online via download for a forty-nine dollars ($49.00) non-refundable deposit, in the form of credit card. Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained online under 'public projects' for a non-refundable reproduction fee of $49.00. Each Bidder shall deposit with it bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instruction to Bidders". No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waiver and all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids. The Owner further reserves its right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the "Instruction to Bidders".
