Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District is accepting sealed bids for replacement of the roof covering and gutter system of its satellite Station #52 at 855 Saunders Road Riverwoods, IL 60015 The project is for the replacement of existing shingles, gutters and downspouts with a similar gutter system and a metal decked roof. The project includes: Obtaining any permits as required by the Village of Riverwoods, removal and disposal of old materials, ice and water shield installation, reweaving baby tins on walls, replacement of all lead stacks, replace all vents needed to conform to new metal roof, install colored metal roof deck, install new gutter and downspouts. Contact phone number is 847-634-2512. All bids shall remain valid for no fewer than 90 days after the bid opening date. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the total contract amount will be required within 10 days of the award of the Contract. The Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any formalities of technicalities of the Bid or to reject any non-responsive bid in the interest of the Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District.
