2024 Road Maintenance project Description of Work The proposed work includes pavement patching, aggregate shoulder installation, crack routing and sealing, and other associated improvements. Alternate bid includes additional pavement patching and crack routing and sealing as well as the installation of a new asphalt pathway which includes, HMA Surface and Binder course and other associated improvements. The bid must be held open for 45 days from the date of bid opening. Bid Security All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check payable to the Village of Riverwoods for 10% of the amount of the base bid as provided in the Bidding Documents. No proposals or bids will be considered unless accompanied by such bond or check. When requested by the project owner, the vendor/contractor is required to provide all records requested within no more than three (3) business days, at no cost to the project owner.
