Question Deadline 05/11/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Bidders with questions and or in need of clarification on items of the project shall email them to Mitchell Rogalski at MRogalski@gha-engineers.com of the day prior to bid opening. The Scope of Work includes all work necessary to complete the proposed improvements as detailed in the project documents, specifications, plans and ordinances governing this work. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, training, testing, insurance, bonding, permits, subcontracting and licenses necessary for the execution of the Scope of Work. At a minimum, all applicable federal, state and local requirements shall be complied with for the Scope of Work. The proposed work is officially known as Riverwoods 2026 Roadway Maintenance Program and has contract number GHA9700.150. The proposed work includes Milling, Resurfacing with HMA Binder and Surface Course, Class D Patching, Aggregate Shoulder installation, Crack Routing, Crack Filling, Seal Coating, Striping, and other associated improvements. All work takes place within the Village of Riverwoods IL, and is as further described in the contract documents prepared by Gewalt Hamilton Associates, Inc.
