Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a civil project in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project: Sodium Hypochlorite Equipment Replacement: Project generally consists of the removal and replacement of the sodium hypochorite and sodium bisulfite storage tanks, piping, fittings, and valves at both the Matsunk WPCC and the Trout Run WPCC as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank check, irrevocable letter of credit, or Bid bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) for 10 percent of the Bid total. It is a requirement of this Contract that at least 50% of the Work be performed by prime Bidder's own work force, not by subcontractor(s). The Upper Merion Sanitary and Stormwater Authority hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M, prevailing time, on Friday, December 17, 2021; All questions must be submitted through electronically Estimated Project Value: $400,000 to $450,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
