Preference would be to for installation to occur during winter break, 12/18/21 through 12/31/21, but must be completed by 1/31/22. Deadline for written questions sent via email .11/30/2021Any explanation desired by a Supplier regarding the meaning or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, etc.,must be requested in writing to the Issuing Officer. KCTCS reserves the right to reject the response of any Supplier violating this provision. KCTCS reserves the right to cancel this Invitation to Bid at any time if it is in the best interest of KCTCS to do so.
