Demolition, site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of construction of new potable water distribution system booster pump station buildings and associated piping and electrical improvements. Project will be constructed under up to two (2) prime contracts. Demolition and replacement of booster pump station buildings, including the relocation of booster pumps, chemical storage, containment, and feed equipment, and associated electrical and instrumentation. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. 1. The project generally consists of, but is not necessarily limited to, the replacement of ten (10) booster pump buildings, connection to existing process piping, relocation of existing booster pumps, chemical storage, containment, and feed; and associated site civil, miscellaneous yard piping, electrical, and instrumentation and controls. 2. The Work includes the following items: a. Clearing as required to complete the work. b. Trench safety systems, groundwater dewatering, shoring, sheet piling, and earthwork required. c. Site work, including clearing, stripping, grading, excavating, backfilling, compacting, seeding, sodding, and paving. d. Demolition of existing booster pump buildings. e. Prior to final walk-through the Contractor shall clean dirt and construction debris from the facilities including building electrical manholes and MCCs, walkways, and vaults and shall clean and touch-up paint all painted items. f. Other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of this Project.
